Members of the Fort Henry Guard enter the fort, followed by Director of Fort Henry Ronald L. Way, an unidentified civilian, and a Marine Brigadier General (possibly S. K. Bird). The unidentified civilian and the Brigadier General shake hands and have their photograph taken. The Fort Henry Guard and band march on the parade ground, along with the Guard's mascot "David the Goat". The Fort Henry Guard goes through the manual of arms.
