University of South Carolina students hold an open forum at the Horseshoe. The rally was held in response to the Kent State Massacre, as well as the recent arrests of University of South Carolina students for illegal drug activity, and frustrations with a lack of freedom on campus. Students march to the Capitol. Various shots of students sitting on the steps of the Statehouse. Governor Robert McNair interviewed (mostly silent, briefly audible at end).
