Tropical harvest

Description: Some plantation and natural crops of the tropics. How a variety of crops, which supply some of our daily needs, are grown in a small area within the tropics, where variations in terrain are great. Photographed in south-west India where tea, coffee and rubber are shown as introduced plantation crops, and cashews, pepper and coconuts as natural crops of the coastal plain.
