Defines the improved exposure of the prostate, the lower posterior bladder, the seminal vesicles, the retrovesical ureters and the prosimal urethra. Stresses visualization of the lower rectum and treatment of associated rectal, urethral or vesical fistulae seen in association with anal atresia.
