Description: A Japanese language film. Explains that ruins of a legendary town Kusado-Sengen-Cho were found in the Ashida River bed in the western part of Fukuyama city. Points out that torrential rains destroyed this town several hundred years ago and that now the factors causing torrential rains are being studied with the help of today's science and technology and it may soon be possible to forecast such downpours.
