Reports that there is little response to programs calling for controls on alcohol consumption. Researchers set up a road block to conduct breathalyzer tests on local drivers in Ontario.It was found that one in every 12 drivers registered a blood alcohol content of . 06, the level of impairment recognized by most researchers. Establishes the fact that most people recognize that alcohol can become a habit and a problem, but are unwilling to do anything to control their own consumption.
