Stan & Ollie are all set to open an Electrical Appliance store right next to Charlie Hall’s grocery. As a result of “Them Thar Hills”, Charlie just loves the boys. While all this is going on, there’s some plain and fancy shoplifting taking place in the unopened electrical shop. Tops.
