From the unfinished film “Que Viva Mexico” directed by Sergei M. Eisenstein and photographed by Edouard Tisse. Marie Seton’s edition of footage shot by Sergei Eisenstein in Mexico in 1930. It was to be a six-part film about the lives of Mexican Indians and their contact with the conquering Spaniards and with Christianity. English dialogue.
