Description: This educational film from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) describes all of the reasons we should make Time for Seafood! Home economist Martha Gail Clark discusses Texas’ gulf coast, a major food resource, examining the benefits of fish - nutrition, economy, ease of preparation, and variety. Martha takes the audience to the fish market, filmed at Austin’s Quality Seafood, where she chooses from many species of fresh fish, then back to the kitchen to prepare a gourmet meal that will surely bring the cook “oceans of compliments!”
