hands upon the clock now show that it is half past three half past three what does that mean it means it's not yet for the time is just halfway between three and one hour more now the clock is telling us as the big hand circles more it's past the hour of four o'clock so it must be half power now watch both hands move again as they help us tell the time when they stop let's read the clock together
