Description: Introduces practical ways of encouraging and helping multi-handicapped children to develop at home and in special schools. Focuses on Tracy, Keith, Nicola, and Rachel (ages 4-8), who all live at home in very limited environments where they are safe but not stimulated, as they join a group that cares for handicapped children.
