There Is A Law Against It

Introduces four familiar consumer problems - garnishment of wages, unauthorized auto repair work, payment demanded for a debt already paid and a housewife pressured into signing a purchase contract by a door-to-door salesman. Dramatizes how new consumer laws in California protect the consumer in each case.
