This film shows the location of the town of Whyalla, population, water supply, reason for the town’s establishment, loading ore on to trucks and ships, blast furnaes and their operation, loading of pig iron, shipbuilding and finally the education and recreational facilities of the population. Commentary by John Sherwood.
