Description: An animated story based on a Czech folktale about a girl named Marushka who was treated harshly by her step-mother and step-sister. Marushka is sent on impossible tasks in the middle of winter with the intention that she never return. Through the aid of figures representing the various seasons, she always returns with what she was sent to obtain. Finally, the other two, led by their own selfishness, go out in the winter storm and disappear forever.
