A newspaper editor decides to do a story on industrial safety and sends a reporter to a large construction site. But the reporter is Buster Keaton whose antics at the building cause some consternatin. However, the sixteen basic safety rules which apply on large construction sites are effectively and humourously illustrated. This is Buster Keaton’s final film.
