Shows human serum in solution with normal saline and a spreading factor being prepared and injected introperitoneally into a pair of untested adult male frogs. Explains that a combination of serum-saline-spreading factor produces diuresus within 15 to 30 minutes. Points out that spermaturia, stimulated by serum chorionic gonadotropin, provides a rapid and reliable test for pregnancy within three hours.
