Presents inverviews with Nehru, Lady Rama Rau, and Archbishop Fernandez on solutions of the problem including birth control, family planning, and increased food production. Suggests that these problems must be internally solved to be permanent. Additional solutions offered are conversion of algae into protein food, migration of peoples to thinly settled areas, and foreign aid.
