The Pistol

A symbolic anti-war, anti-violence film using animated drawings and cut-outs over a background of steel engravings. A finely engraved pistol forces a musician to play then destroys his violin. It fixes a pool game by shooting the balls into the right pockets. It joins a marching band and shoots the tuba. Anything that might slow the gun is mobilized - music, pity, force, reason - but to no avail.
