Description: Fausto Sanchez dreams of becoming a guitarist like Tony Alvarez of the band Los Gatos Frios but has no money to buy a guitar. When the owner of the local music store offers to lower the price of a basic guitar if Fausto brings the money within two weeks, the young boy resolves to find a job. Unfortunately, the lawn-cutting season is over and neighboring homeowners have already raked their fallen leaves. Finding a dog wandering on the sidewalk, Fausto concocts a story that prompts its owners to give him a sizeable reward. Feeling guilty about this ill-gotten gain, the youngster uses the money to buy canned goods for the community food drive. Despondent, Fausto is surprised and overjoyed when his grandfather, a former musician, comes by with a bass guitar and offers to give him lessons.
