Western Melodies features musical renditions of classic western love songs sang by performers acting out scenes for each song. “Give Me my Saddle” is sang by a cowboy at a rodeo searching for the perfect cowgirl to ride through the purple hills by his side. “Trail Dreamin” takes place in a sleepy town where three men sit on their wagon playing instruments and singing of trail dreaming on the lazy range with their love. “I’ll Remember April” follows a couple who wander off from their group on horses to enjoy their last day together as they say goodbye to each other on a mountain top.
