Description: Records without narration the daily activities of Kononama, a Makiritare village in the jungles of Venezuela and Brazil near the headwaters of the Orinoco River. Women spin cotton, look after babies and chickens, and bathe in the river, while the children draw pictures, wrestle and practice spear throwing. Men weave baskets and make jewelry.
