Complete Record: This film is a Bloodhound Gang/Nancy Drew/Hardy Boys/After School Special type mystery with a British twist. Strangely cool opening credits where we are introduced to- (Cut out animation) A group of British kids walking in a park notice that a DOG is drowning in the lake. They jump in and fish him out. One of them knows who the DOG belongs to so they decide to take him back. His owner oversees a giant junkyard and the kids have a look around while he tends to his DOG. In exchange for delivering the DOG back to his papa, the kids get to build a clubhouse of sorts on his property. At night, the gang explores an old “haunted house”. They send one boy to sneak around inside. Then the rest of them sneak in and try to scare him. Total mayhem breaks loose and they all end up scaring each other. It ends with them screaming and running out of the house.
