Description: Uses puppets to tell the legend of the Pied Piper. Shows the townspeople complaining to the Lord Mayor about the rats. At the Mayor's request, the Pied Piper lures all the rats away with his piping. When the Lord Mayor refuses to pay the Pied Piper, the latter lures all the children away. The Lord Mayor, realizing his folly, pays the Piper andregains the children.-C Ifc.
