The King's musick

Description: A tour of inspection of the Royal Military School of Music at Knellar Hall, Britain. Shows early musical instruments such as the serpent, the shawn and the French hunting horn, and gives an insight into the various methods of training, in conducting and in the playing of different instruments. The film closes with an open air performance of ‘The Evening hymn’ and ‘Abide with me’.
