Description: Episode of Series “Biology program; unit 3. Animal life”. This film shows the jointed-legged animals and the structural and functional characteristics of animals in the phylum arthropoda: examples from each of the five classes, and their evolutionary development. Metamorphosis and moulting processes are illustrated using photo-micrography and time-lapse photography. The economic importance to man is discussed. Suitable for upper secondary level.
