Description: Points out that the Old West is more than a legend for many people and that it is still a way of life. Depicts the migrant cowboys who work mainly in northern Nevada, the inhabitants of Gerlach, Nevada who keep alive the West's tradition of stubborn endurance and the Yaqui Indians in an Easter ceremony. Shows how the age-old Western dream of striking it rich is kept alive by restless miners who search for sudden wealth along the Old Tramp circuit.
