What a surprise it is for Benito Badoglio, a penniless veteran, when the shiny black top hat that the wind blows onto his head turns out to be magic! It obeys Benito's every command, wins him the Contessa as his bride and a decoration from the Archduke. A lively classical score highlights the humor and action in this animated adaptation.
