you help my do dishes then sure usually got a kiss for it too much well you see Dicky dishwashing was hotter then the suds would fall flat not like these do Suds that stand up even through the greasy pans you don't have to keep adding do either bet you never had nothing like does for cutting grease why does does it in less than half a minute yep but back in those days I had to do lots of Hard scouring for your M wanted to help save her pretty hands got an extra kiss for that too mush of course now with does things are different cuz does being kinder to hands it's sort of cut me out of that been struggling to maintain her decision in the face of the strongest kind of pressure the bad opinion that her mother and father have come to have of her on the surface Rosie's actions in refusing to release her College money to help Samy's wife seem arbitrary and cruel Molly and Jake simply can't fathom Rosie's actions but we can and we know that Rosie is Right Grace is a liar out to get the money the story she invented is a lie and Rosie suspects it but suspicions aren't proofs and so Rosie horrified by the mistrust she has of the girl her brother married is taking the full burden on let you take all your hard-earned money all the nickels and pennies you saved over years for Rosie's education and give it to me either I'm new in this family I'm Samy's wife but that doesn't mean you have to adopt all my troubles those troubles are mine not yours and if Sammy were here well they might be Samy's troubles exactly but they'd be Sam's and mine in Sam's absence not yours I in his place oh yes you do dad but not the way he would I don't have any money to help my sister and as much as I want to help her as much as i' do anything in the world to help her my hands are tied mine are not and if Rosie would no it's not fair to Rosie if she wants to go to Randall college instead of to normal school why she should go that's what you saved the money for it's Rosie's future and her future has nothing to do with my sisters my sister was weak and well she'll have to pay for it my sister's future will have to be well you know what it'll be and I I feel it's some things like Sam's going away overseas my sister's future when they make her pay for being weak enough to take a few thous that didn't belong to her well there is some Futures that can't be helped I know Sammy can be killed fighting and I know that in the same way my sister's life can be broken and ruined because of a silly mistake she made and I can't help either of them I can't well Ros I see now who my daughter is and it isn't you well Grace has certainly flung an apple of discord into the Goldberg house but if Rosie stands firm Grace isn't going to get the money as easily as she expected and that means her whole vicious plan will be ruined but the pressure on Rosie is very great greater perhaps than the suspicions that she has of the girl who married her brother you know a listener writes that she looks
