Description: An animated film from Iran, done in the style of Persian miniatures, points out the futility of quarrels and war. Two jealous emirs argue over which one shot a bird during a hunt. They decide on war, arm their castles, and draft all citizens. Some boys, who do not want a war, tamper with the cannon balls. At dawn, when the cannons fire, the first one releases birds, and the opponent's cannon balls contain flowers. The war dissolves in laughter. The two emirs meet for dinner but, when the roast bird is brought in, a quarrel begins over the drumsticks. Special sound effects, without narration.
