thank you [Music] all alone some highway on a black black night saw the ghosts of Elvis he was hitch this is one of the most magical and mysterious spots in the Yukon by carcross at the second Dam about 1986 was the first UFO experience I had and we were looking up over at this mountain here and there were streaks of white light that just streaked and then when it stopped they would go blue and then there'd be flares of red white and blue flares I was surrounded with this kind of a yellowish gold and gold in the colored light we got in the van and I said did you see that did you see that I got zapped by a UFO then the big legs so anyway I drove back to taggish and it was the weirdest feeling because there was like a holograph had appeared in front of me and it's like I could reach and touch it everything that was in this hologram angel of a different kind started shuffling to the left there's an alien that came in on the other side of the table and he was about a foot taller than the other three who were about four feet high and big black eyes looked identical to him and the only thing he had a triangle shaped thing right here I was drawn right into those eyes and all of a sudden there was a like a rip or a tear in my body it's just like my energy field or something I don't know it's weird it's like somebody had just drifted me real good thank you I was saying a maroon colored outfit with all these rhinestones on it I had my big sideburns and I was sweating sweating like a dog in the spotlights around me and I could I could even feel the heat coming off there and I remember I was standing there singing and I was just shaking and everything that's that's Elvis Presley but it's me too what's happening to me California it cost me a dollar a piece and once they found I built the house for a dollar a piece then they cut the shells of the balls you know but it's I this is Graceland eh yeah simple keep life simple I was born Gilbert Norman Nellis to become Elvis Aaron Presley [Music] Elvis is very well known first of all of course because he's a musician but he's also an artist he's he's a quite a good painter and he sells knickknacks to the gift shops in town but how most people know him are the largest number of people known is through the lawsuits he's launched particularly against the RCMP yeah there's a lot of people in Yukon that know me and I hope that most of them love me hey there might be one or two that to have a hard time with me that's all right but out of all the people that I met Street people everybody the man that had the most class in the United States was Chubby Checkers and he says ladies and gentlemen because there used to be a young fellow that when everybody's seated like you are today here he used to peek in the back doors and he'd throw me one of these and he says and I don't know how to explain it or not but he says he's back and he says Elvis you better come up here and sing a song and so I didn't his little grandkids in the back the stage doing the twisting it was real funny it's just like a little nipperless figure I wrote a record review for the Yukon news for Elvis's album called still living I was expecting a real schmaltzy Vegas type of album because he just returned from Vegas but but instead the album was surprisingly good I got a new album now hitting the world Elvis Presley still living is the name of it so yeah I like to go to Japan for one big show I think what I wrote in the review was that if Elvis were alive and lived in the Yukon this is the album he would have recorded Straight from Heaven is always such a major league Entertainer and he's been uh so we've disc and gunned down by the police and the system Authority [Music] [Music] sometimes this feels like Adventure but sometimes this feels like I wanted to play with cash I couldn't but now I get to play with Elvis Presley I've been playing drums for 17 years now and uh it's all worked up to this [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] you showed up [Music] here [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] all right [Music] he'll be tired I'm doing my totems I've seen was the eagle and the grizzly bear and two cups today oh great that's great you're in tune with not only Elvis but everything else I remember that as a kid around here remember duration of the Elvis's voice that really gripped on me rock and roll that was Rock tour was bigger than the music that was uh I think the people could really pick that up you know it's uh it's like having Vegas come to town [Music] it's the thing about Elvis he he brings out something in people that that it's really warm you know [Music] [Music] there you go thank you good night [Applause] come on Elvis what now I'm sung up man I'm he's struggle man no I'm not strung out I'm Sonos what do you got there I found out about Chris Moyer's finger being dislocated as I I had met some people afterwards and I I had it was really funny because I had left the room there were so many people around me and I had met a lady that knew knows my daughter and we couldn't even hear each other talk because there were so many people in the hotel rooms that we left and we went behind the hotel and there was an old Outhouse hole that I fell in it just blooped here guys stay inside please don't go there because he's crazy what's the matter here guys so then the police pulled me over and uh I asked what's wrong and they said oh Elvis we thought you were in a fight Robin walk away oh my God I said this is the first day of the tour and it was a great show and now this has to happen because I figured man this could end the whole tour kind of deal there I'm gonna [ __ ] so I said a lot of prayers to God Doug I says you know not to end something that just begun that's a weird thing like that he must have just grabbed the tip and bent it because this I didn't even feel it so now except we need to get this home okay tell me what you want I need to get your finger a little bit more I can't straighten it up but that's as good as I can do that's perfect okay I understand you're probably heading for Farrell next yeah it depends on this x-ray I guess no it doesn't I'm going away that's done or if our tour is over I suspect because of that finger he'll be going to White Horse but I need to finish the development yes oh that's it's not very nice no that is oh seriously it was my whole career brother this is our lives we had a tour booked I know I was excited okay okay we're done we're done okay and colorful five percent number three which came out in uh uh 1998 sometimes I say 1898 by mistake but 1998. Elvis did a a two-page story in my colorful five percent and uh I think he made a really good job now this is his artwork here as you can see on this page here he's a certainly one of a colorful five percent anyway down on Main Street um he was walking down in in his in his uh Elvis uh costume and these two young girls are in the corner just right uh right across I think from the Bank of Montreal and I said I yelled out to the girls come on let's get a picture with you you have an Albertson it would have to be 40 below that day so here's Elvis in the corner of uh Second and Main Street 40 below with these two girls and the girls got a big kick out they really delighted and down below here uh he's a public inquiry of RCMP he's protesting uh the RCMP in this other shot well Elvis is a very colorful character you know the thing is a lot of people underestimate them I think I think he's a good artist I like his artwork and I think he's a pretty good singer [Music] that was best I I borrowed a gas tank you know a little five gallon or something and I told him I'd bring it back next trip to Dawson and I forgot to bring it back on the trip so they said oh I also just love to hear you sing one so I said well I got all my curio equipment I said I'll set it up in Dawson at your gas station in fact I'll send two days in a row for you for being so nice I and I did and that was meant fill it with regularly and I'm standing there with emptiness when karaoke came a lot of singers got the chance to sing their favorite songs in front of other people so therefore they're developing their singing Styles their voices in front of an audience and karaoke I I think it's the greatest thing in the world [Music] Magic foreign [Music] I was a happily singing karaoke and car crash outside in the parking lot where all the tour buses from the United States come and to sing The Visitor Center that was there they um they weren't quite as happy with me being there because they um the people only had a half an hour to go through car crash go and buy an ice cream and then come back hear me sing and jump on the bus in a way they would go and so what happened and this is my where my legal problem started is um they told me I wasn't welcome there my own Hometown where I was building a park they phoned the police on me [Music] though and the x-rays came out and it's dislocated so we got to make a trip from Ross River to Pharaoh in the middle yeah whatever happens happens right God is with us to say in a prayer for him there you go come on let's go say a prayer for the nurses dude self-medication you got tea trees we've got Amaretto we got some Canadian nicotine also playing guitar just in case Chris got some luxardo samples oh yeah when you're a guitar player for Elvis you got to deal with a lot of [ __ ] on the road there's a lot of [ __ ] on the road there's a lot of jealousy a lot of people wish they're they're on stage with Elvis time is 6 46 a.m be in the same way day after day hopefully it'll all be good they'll just pop it out I'll let out a big Ripper and we'll be good to go back to the tour that's right maybe we are Armageddon Angels you should lie in your uh shorts with toilet paper before you pulls on your finger where have you gone to now we've been down that road before [Music] and this police officer he told me I was not welcome in his town and it would cost me a lot of money for attorneys to get permission to sing in car crash it's funny that in the middle of a mountains in the bush you need somebody's permission to sing I just came from Vegas where I went through like a million people and I said I'm happy to be home and I says but I'll tell you one thing I'm still a free man in my life in fact I'm so free I'm going to sing you a song right now and I did I sang Kentucky Rain to them you're carrying your x-rays this is Chris Moyer and I just came from Ross River um I have a dislocated finger the doctor he uh he wiggled the finger back in and it looked all right and he put it in a splint and Chris Moyer he's uh thinking that he can finish the tour with the three fingers so we get to we get back in the car and we were able to tell the whole Elvis crew that the tour is still on cause Love Is All I know you're my little angel born six years ago [Music] nothing I can do that's the people yesterday were really lots of high energy too I mean there was some evil you know that hit Chris and everything else but love will beat it out every time Priscilla baby I'm waiting for you to give me a call because I need my stretch limo back and I'm still driving caddies you know what I mean I say that without malice and Prejudice it's only my respective opinion okay [Applause] foreign [Applause] and this neighbor of mine that had robbed me tried to sell me back what she had stolen from me she went and she phoned the police now it turned out it was this policeman who was not impressed with me singing a song for him and had left and first he came like he was visiting me for coffee and then after half an hour of talking to me having coffee he told me that he was placing me under arrest where I'm stalking your neighbor and for uttering threats Magic City [Music] divisions that you instigate defy the speed of sound who are the people that you hate what you believe [Music] the police officer had recommended the Crown Council that I have a psychiatric assessment done on me and at the courts I should I says at what point did you decide that I needed psychiatric assessment or or I was delusion or something he says Oh you talked about UFOs or flying saucers and what you got to understand too is the government had a UFO conference here now that was government taxpayers money okay so do they all need psychiatric assessments you know I said and then you put me in a police car in the front seat with the keys in it running while you and a jail guard go to get another prisoner so then the policeman altered the prison lock [Music] cheesy foreign [Music] I shoot the RCMP because our CMP officers lawyers Crown Attorneys everyone legally has the right to pass information from one person to the next but when that information is altered and it causes defamation then that is malicious [Music] [Music] [Music] oh this is a fun run well what I found is since I went public and everything's happened to me right where I live 80 of everybody they're a senior from sucking up water being abducted seats one person with three Elders were one of their soul actually went through the truck after the battery in the car and everything right up through the roof the minimum five minutes later but you can bring it back down in the body shop there's a lot a lot of things happening oh I just stall it for a little bit [Music] this is the place to take off the fire I don't have my Cape so I might not like [Music] that's all right Mama baby [Music] [Music] I alleged that the RCMP officer went to Vancouver on a cruise ship airplane package for elective medical procedures in February of 1995 in which he used an RCMP credit card to pay for accommodations and all his expenses he then self-authorized his own expense claim documents to personally reimburse himself for travel costs and expenses incurred then he substituted medical documents of February 1995 at trial to justify an unauthorized trip to Vancouver in August of 95 to alter my arresting tape these are all absolute breaches of the isolated post-directive then you always think that these were like little animal nitrates and then they'd pop them and so she keeps suffering you don't know how short my vocals are oh yeah [Music] yeah and Dawson got a little bit crazy we're dealing with a professional hotelier up there and he wasn't quite used to our Vegas Style Show felt he was getting a little ripped off because Elvis's sets weren't too long but when you hit as hard as Elvis you don't have to play that long but he didn't quite comprehend that that evening anyway they're gonna play two songs and then you're gonna do wipe out and I'm gonna introduce you and wipe out and then you're coming out and you're gonna stop me I'm [ __ ] [ __ ] code on this stuff why for the king of rock and roll foreign [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] magazine all of a sudden came out with an article in it and it says that um Elvis Aaron Presley this [ __ ] from White Horse it was in the [ __ ] nuggets section of Hustler magazine I couldn't believe that intentionally seeks out or sought out opportunities to harass RCMP so that they could be so that he could be arrested over and over again so that he could sue the RCMP for monetary gain now that was absolutely deceitful lies malicious slander and that went into the Hustler magazines it destroyed my album it destroyed my reputation it destroyed everything even within my family you do not understand love story tell me so we love you so we found you a queen ready just look at his eyes foreign [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] three close-up UFO encounters which uh Rita Charlie was with me in one and this was on the other side of car crash here about maybe eight miles from this spot we both kind of look towards it and it was a huge huge lights like you know when it's all around the bottom it's just bright and it's just flowy Friday morning about 1 30. I was looking out my living room window and across the river up on the hill I seen something jot through the sky and stand still right in front of my car saw the bottom went like this and they go white when they when they uh take off like they only flash when they're stopped and then when they move they all single white it was a UFO it stayed for three quarters of an hour and then it disappeared the same way it appeared so what's a UFO expert somebody that's taken stories from people that have had experience with UFOs or somebody's actually had experience with a UFO already [Music] this beautiful beadwork is done by my dearest friend and elderlina Christensen who I've known for many lifetimes she did the beads all redid the beads for me on this one yeah you look at the beads already that is really um three months no way three months to make it paid a lot of love he knows right on sweetheart it's time for me to go it's your life she got up this morning at 7 30 in the morning made me bacon and eggs and everything and it sold all the beads for me to make sure which looks nice actually yeah that's lovely you know absolutely [Music] because I don't judge nobody or nothing because the minute you judge something old God gives you the same situation to hit you right and it's a little bit if everybody's just free no judgments of nothing and through your life TCB Elvis [Music] foreign magazine apologized in the 2000 issue very beautiful women in that issue by the way and they said that we respectfully apologize and we acknowledge that all things we have said in the previous issues of Hustler regarding Elvis Aaron Presley is absolute falsehood and we apologize for the damage any damage we have caused the Mr Mr Presley's reputation foreign laughs [Music] and then the judge on the documents that I just send to Ottawa admitted that the arresting tape had been altered by four and a half minutes to five minutes one section of it but he says because Mr Presley says it's ten and three quarters minutes I throw out the evidence that it's been altered a person's energy is powerful enough by Love by force by hatred by anything to touch every other thing or person that's in their life and and when you're guaranteed the absolute rate the freedom of belief opinion and expression guaranteed by law and they try to deny you those rights and take it and what take them away to cover their own crimes that has to be brought forth um so that so that Justice and equality and fairness and and love and everything can be nurtured and grow and that evil and and negativity and that can be set aside and just destroyed absolutely oh well I'm a real good driver Chase somewhere along any town I can handle the Curve already [Music] yes it is baby and the traffic is clear but you got the pizza God will last chance to try the litigation itself shows irregularities and also certain actions taken by the RCMP member warrant an investigation please investigate the allegations made by Mr Presley this was written eight times by every political party who had seen the evidence to please investigate [Music] I don't care [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so what did you say where is Elvis from well you know actually Elvis is not from White Horse from Tupelo Mississippi via Texas and he lives in Graceland in Memphis Tennessee and I'm sorry I don't know who this guy is up here in Vegas I don't think he's a real Elvis I haven't seen him perform yet anyway [Music] you know what I hear him I may change my mind and we have that last and we're ready to see the real thing baby hi Mom um heard you really miss me [Music] you were praying for an angel someone bought you A Little Piece of Heaven the Heart and souls [Music] did you guys ever think that you would come this far north and find Elvis it's been a surprise it was on somewhere we just didn't know where we've been dodging Grizzlies you know Canadian Lumberjacks you know a couple of uh leftover girls up in Dawson without some comfort tonight [Music] being sure for a breakdown take it away baby thank you Elijah but you got the place got a license [Music] a lot of License to Drive totally awesome I feel like I'm in Tennessee 's been great I mean I'm I'm just you know I remember we were talking earlier there I was thinking about that and he's he's handling this so well I mean it's like almost like just a pleasant character to be around I guess he's cool you know it's my voice just talking about the table right [Music] um included now where I'm at legally is I won the 10 million dollar lawsuit by one dollar but because all the documents and evidence proved that there was embezzlement fraud perjury drawing false documents entering false documents and Hustler had slandered me around the world I sued the Canadian government and the RCMP this for 110 million dollars because and that may seem like a lot of money but when you're talking one hit song from Elvis Presley in this world one song alone is worth that kind of money at this time and place in in on the earth demographically too Elvis uh appeals to almost everyone any Walk of Life white Native black whatever he's just uh he's got something that touches everyone and uh it's a it's I think it's valuable because we need people like that to bring us together because we're not together we shall lose as a one at least in my conscious awareness there's no such thing as death and and love brings back love because everything in the universe is eternal every soul is eternal I think most people believe that Eureka what Native Chiefs remember the truth of sourdoughs its Treasures it's Legends [Music] [Music] in the night the Summer sun is shining just
