[Music] Now in this age of jet speed, Menthaler print the printing industry with a startling new concept. Electron here is fully automated type setting. Jet fast and all new from the base up. Automation starts here. Electron takes orders from perforated tape. Delivering the goods here. 15 lines a minute. More slugs on the galley with less time and motion than ever before. That is the real measure of type setting efficiency. Bright metal stacking on the gallon. How does Electron do it? By continuous assembly through straight line delivery. No stop and go on Electron. The same number of operations that produce 12 lines a minute on other machines deliver 14 lines on Electron. A slight increase delivers 15. Continuous assembly. A wholly new concept does away with the assembling elevator and moves matrices in a straight line to the first elevator where they go to the casting position in a smooth no bounce action made possible at all speeds by improved linkage. The mold disc is positioned accurately. It's free of vibration. The distributor shifter lever has been eliminated and the shifter is electrically driven. Main distributor clutch is all new, electromagnetic for fast, smooth stopping action.
