The Dancing fleece

Description: Illustrates, through the medium of ballet, the manufacturing processes for woollen fabrics. A wool worker visits a fair and, looking into a slot machine, sees clock-work puppets come to life. He and the puppets, now ballet dancers, interpret the various stages in wool production in terms of ballet. The film features dancer and choreographer, Harold Turner, and the Saddlers Wells Ballet Company.
