Complete Record: A study of the halfway point in the construction of a huge dam in Central India focusing on the 30,000 men, women, and children involved in the 14-year project. Includes introductory and concluding commentary by Ossie Davis. Shots of the people building the dam using limited technology. Men haul stones by tying them to wooden poles and carrying them in groups of four people. There are immense scaffolds with masses of people carrying materials up them, and some cranes. Footage shows many aspects of the dams construction by both men and women.
