Shows the uses of African-American quiltmaking for establishing connections with the past, storytelling, and personal exploration. Includes comments by professors of art history, history and African studies, such as Barbara Brackman, Dr. Floris Cash, Willis "Bing" Davis and Bethany Campbell.
