Description: This clip, filmed on June 4, 1977, features Austin television personality Carolyn Jackson interviewing Carrie Fisher at the press junket for the film Star Wars. Their discussion covers such topics as the most frightening moment during filming, Fisher’s desire to be cast in a musical, her Jawa/Munchkin impersonation, tales of the Star Wars cast going out to lunch in costume, and Fisher’s many relatives in Texas."We taped the interview on the set of Star Wars and it was magic," told TAMI in 2021. "However, after the interview, the cameraman told us there was something wrong with the camera and we had to do it over again. A 'redo!' usually doesn't turn out as well as the first go round but we had no choice but to retape. While waiting for camera repairs, she suggested we have some coffee and just chat, which we did. During that time, we indulged in 'girl talk' and had a fabulous time.  When we did the second take, it was much better than the first because we felt like two pros giving it everything we had."
