Description: Designed to show the contagious nature of both good and bad behavior. Opens with the proposition that innate courtesy has been the hallmark of the Englishman, then the scene shifts to one of riotous discourtesy. Ways of improving public and personnel relations are shown together with information on appropriate demeanor at work.
