Documentary film which spells out in a tangible form an alternative to violent confrontation. Under the auspices of a concerned bi-racial civic group, 10 local police and black militants agree to spend three days in a sensitivity training course. The results include the ability to communicate with words instead of weapons and a willingness to try to understand one another.
