Telling Time With Count Clock

Worried because they don't know enough about telling time to arrive promptly for a promised hot-air balloon ride, two children visit Count Clock in his castle. There he has a special talking clock that helps teach children how to tell time. The children learn how the ability to tell time helps them to function in society.
