Shows how Drs C Eugene Carlton Jr and Russell Scott Jr have employed early surgical debridement and primary watertight repair in the treatment of significant urethral trauma and have found that the incidence of structure formation has been virtually eliminated. Illustrates the technique of the primary surgical repair of the injured urethra.
