Strange inner tube

Description: A Hal Roach chaotic romp as would-be taxi drivers train using bumper cars. After graduating from taxi school, Billy, Ben and Clyde find themselves involved with a gang of jewel smugglers headed by Frisco Fanny and Flash Fred.
