Complete Record: Billy thinks cleanliness is for “sissies”. As he drifts off to sleep in his bed one night Soapy appears - a guy wearing a cardboard box painted to look like a bar of soap. Soapy teaches Billy “good hand habits” and offers advice like “girls should wash their hair at least once every tow weeks.” Billy takes Soapy’s advice to heart and becomes “one of the cleanest boys in town.”
