Description: Who is Cool Roy? That's what Fat Albert and the gang all want to know. He's been defacing buildings, moving roadblocks taking signs and changing them around. Cool Roy isn't so cool, he's dangerous. When Fat Albert finally catches him in the act, Cool Roy promises to stop his dangerous pranks.
