Description: Presents a study of a young engineering student who is shown working on the problem of devising a method, for use by the blind, through which they can hear their world. Explains the device, and allows us to hear the sound patterns which the 'SEEING' device produces. Shows the young inventor trying to act blind so as to learn the problems, and see and hear the device he develops.
