CU, underbrush lined road, one vehicle burns, terrific explosion in background and two German medium tanks drive away from camera. High truck shot, highway with burning vehicles in ditch. German Panzer vehicles advance in distance. MS, pan, huge assembly of Panzer forces on southern slopes of Somme River. MS, Fieseler-Storch throws down smoke, message; camera pans with missile down to ground showing German soldier running to spot and picking up message. HCU, German officers and scout car in hay cover; officers study staff map. CU, tank commander on top of tank, int shot, tank gunner and his binoculars. Scenes, very good tank shots negotiating steep hills. SEQ, tanks accompanied by infantry with light machine guns and scout cars in attack across open field.
