Shades Of Black And White

Deals with the problem of racial tension in business. Describes the dilemma of a white boss who chooses between two Black employees for a promotion. Discusses the problems of prejudice that arise when the personnel manager, also black, questions the promotion thinking it was done on grounds of prejudice.
