John Gielgud is recruited as a spy and assigned to kill an unknown enemy agent in Switzerland. With the help of Peter Lorre, they kill the wrong man while suave Robert Young tries to escape by train. Based on the novel "Ashenden" by W. Somerset Maugham. Directed by Alfred Hitchcock.
