Complete Record: Stan and Ollie are testers in a horn factory. They tune up D-flat horns all day long. Oliver goes berserk. The doctor diagnoses the trouble as a severe case of hornophobia, and prescribes a diet of goat’s milk and a sea voyage. Since Oliver gets seasick, the boys decide to hire a boat that isn’t seaworthy, and not leave port, thereby benefiting from the sea breezes without battling the sea. As usual, their plans do not work out. The goat they’ve taken along chews the mooring rope and they drift out to sea. A stowaway is discovered who turns out to be an escaped convict. From there on things come thick and fast.
