Complete Record: A young Puerto Rican boy, Santiago, builds a boat on the rooftop of his tenement in Spanish Harlem. When several young boys destroy his Ark, neighborhood people come together to help him rebuild it, lift it from the roof of his building down to the street, and launch the boat in the water. When the boat sinks, the neighborhood thug gets in the water and helps Santiago and his friend off the boat.
