“North Tenth Street” Few cars passing by a quiet street. “E.J. Burchett. Cement Contractor.” Two men place cement mixture into mixer. Cement mixer mixes and pours out cement into wheelbarrows. Men place contents of wheelbarrow into pit. Man and woman standing. “High School.” Students flock out of school. “F.M. Eakin (right), Principal. H.J. Jill, Vice-Principal.” Men walking own and talking on the sidewalk. Students walk out of school in groups. “Cauch’s Drug Store” Man walks out of store with two women. A couple follows along with women and man. Woman goes back in. “The boss of the Mission Theatre.” A little girl plays in the lawn with newspaper. “Santa Paula Hardware. Will M. Onion, Proprietor.” Sidewalk in front of the Santa Paula Hardware Co. Men walking out into street as people pass by. Man and woman walk down stairs of house into sidewalk. “Lion’s Club. Bert F. Lundeen, President. J.R. Ramsay, Secretary. Dr. D. Henry Wyatt, District Deputy Governor.” Three men on sidewalk stand with fake lions. Men run down stairs with lion figurines. “Armistice Day Parade.” Parade with men holding American flags followed by marching band and floats. “Poinsettia Post Drum Corps” Marching band drumming down street in parade followed by float and cars. “J.C. Penny Co. R.C. Hensey, Manager.” Women walking down the sidewalk next a J.C. Penny store. Men and women walk out of store and back into store. “Manager Hensey buys a ticket for the Senior Play.” Two men discuss matters while coming out of shop and are approached by women selling tickets. Family walks on the lawn. “Glen Tavern. C.D. Estep, Proprietor.” View of large establishment. Man stands in lawn with golf club and different wine cups. Man putts into hole and makes it. “Meet Dr. J.D. Hill, Optometrist, and Family.” A man and woman walk with young boy and girl. Man lifts girl into arms. Little boy holds sister’s hand while walking with her. “Rotary Club. A.J. Thille, President.” Man tips hat in front of car. Men remove hats while walking in pairs. Woman in the crowd. “Santa Paula now signing off. Adios! Folks, Adios.”
