Segment 2 (sound): Man wearing glasses speaking to camera, comments that the $3.8 million budget approval for San Jose State was premature, and only the first hurdle in many through the state's budget approval process. Segment 3 (silent): Scenes of a large festival, possibly an arts festival, with display tables and an art auction. Segment 4 (silent): Scenes of an indoor coin collectors show, shots of people examining books of coins, cases holding minerals and gems, close-ups of coins and currency. Reel 2 (sound): Los Angeles Mayor, and California gubernatorial primary candidate Sam Yorty, speaks to camera accusing the Brown campaign of dirty tactics.
